Sam and TransMasters have been great. We have been going there for 3 years now and he is one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met. For no charge they once sent us back to the dealership when a problem was found that was subject to the extended emissions warrant (the regular warranty had expired). It's never fun having to take a car in for a problem, but it helps a lot when you can trust the guy you bring it to. Update: up to 4 years now and still a great place

Had my 2004 Volvo V40 PnP transmission switch replaced in addition to a transmission fluid change. Sam was very helpful in communicating the repairs needed and/or recommended and helpful with information and advice pertaining to the situation and car in general.
