Good quality and timely repair. Sam is a very personable and provided a ride home while my vehicle was being repaired. In all fairness though, I did not like sitting there while picking up my vehicle, using my Wet Ones wipes to clean grease from the entire steering wheel before I could drive it. Did'nt care to do the same to the very greasy floor mat at that time, which I did;nt see until the equally greasy paper floor mat on top was removed. I pointed it out but there was no offer to clean it.

The description and explanation of their findings is so detailed, right down to video footage! We learned that transmission work is not the only service they provide. They have helped us with maintaining our cars over the years. Our son started to have problems with his car and we knew exactly who to go see! Thank you, Sam!! What a great experience in the middle of an unpleasant experience. We were so disappointed when the transmission went out on our van 10 hours from home. Then, no one in that area would even look at the van. So, I called Sam, and he welcomed our van to his shop. We towed it down ourselves and dropped it off. Sam very quickly diagnosed the problems, offered a couple of solutions, helped me choose the one that was best for my family, ordered the parts and completed the work in record time. I openly recommend this shop for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs.

Sam and his crew do awesome work! This is our second time coming to Sam because he does such a great job (and it was a different car both times!). Sam helped us utilize our private, extended warranty coverage, helped me get a rental car at a great price for a few days, and worked super fast to get my car back so I could get back to my life. All of that over a holiday weekend. You won't regret going to Sam at Transmasters!

Weeks of driving a Dodge Magnum that shook & vibrated the faster and more frequently I accelerated finally came to end, after taking the car to TransMasters this week. Rather than simply continuing to wait for the problem to get worse (as I was so advised by the last place I went to), I was pleased to hear about an Auto Repair location that would not only test and inspect the vehicle thoroughly for issues, but would also go out of their way to keep customers informed & updated on what was found and what warranted an immediate fix. Sam displayed absolute trustworthiness as we spoke, both in person and over the phone-- and by the time the Magnum's repair work was finished (inner tie rods replaced, control arms restored and wheels realigned), I was shown firsthand what was done and experienced no further issues as I began driving it again! Regardless of how urgent the problem may or may not have been, it felt fantastic to know I could take my vehicle somewhere to be looked at with an honest eye, and with keen attention to detail. Not once did I feel brushed aside, or that my issue wasn't worth the effort to service. From the initial test drive to the final walkthrough of the repair process, my confidence in Sam and his fellow technicians only grew. Any stress I had from my previous driving trips as well as my last attempt at having the car checked is now gone, and if I encounter another problem at some point in the future, I know exactly who to go to!
