I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a second opinion on a transmission issue, and this turned into one of the best repair experiences I’ve had. Sam diagnosed the problem correctly as a front pump seal leak. He laid out a clear, conservative plan upfront: remove the transmission, inspect the seal, pump, and torque converter, and only escalate if there was evidence of internal damage. Exactly as promised, the torque converter was fine, the seal was the issue, and he fixed it without any unnecessary rebuild or upsell. What really impressed me: Pricing was exactly as quoted — not a penny more Constant communication: Sam sent photos and updates throughout the job, so I always knew what he was seeing and doing Honest decision points: clear explanations of what would trigger more work (and what wouldn’t) Professional, methodical approach — no scare tactics, no guessing While the Jeep was there, Sam also correctly identified rear brake wear, and we replaced rotors and pads. Again, fair pricing and solid workmanship. This is how transmission work should be done: diagnose first, repair only what’s proven, communicate clearly, and stand by your word. Sam earned my trust, and Transmasters will be my go-to shop from now on. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Sam at Transmasters Auto Care! Having years of past experience in the automotive repair industry I had taken my car out of another auto maintenance shop because I suspected that I could find a more knowledgeable service advisor and mechanic as well as a shop that had better pricing on parts and much better customer service. I was right! I found Transmasters online and Sam (who did not know I had been in the auto business) who gladly spent time with me answering all of my questions about my 2018 Mazda. I could tell I was finally going to get the expertise and the high level of customer experience I had hoped for. He saved me several hundred dollars and explained which repairs I needed now vs. the ones I could wait on or keep and eye on, keeping in mind that I plan to do a lot of driving in the near future. It is not often that I am glad to shell out money for auto repairs but I am happy to support this business and excited and relieved that my car is safe and that I understand the repairs in detail. I feel that I am in good hands. I am coming back for my oil changes, maintenance and all future repairs. I am so glad to have found my go to shop!

I took my car here thinking I had a transmission issue but unfortunately, for insurance purposes, ended up being the catalytic converter. They were able to figure out this issue the same day and show us the actual test to prove it. Sam and his team are knowledgeable and honest, highly recommend.

Firstly, thank you Sam and Transmasters! I had the most excellent experince with Sam who was very honest and informative. I have zero knowledge about cars and Sam helped me understand what my car needed. I believed my 2017 Nissan Rouge needed a new transmission and when I called around, many places were ready to charge me $5000+ and go about their day. When I called Transmasters, Sam encouraged me to bring in my car so he can have a look before ordering anything and giving me a quote. Within a few hours of me dropping it off, Sam called me and informed me that it wasn't a transmission issue but a power issue within my car. Suddenly all my worries were gone and Sam gave my car a full look over and offered to fix a few things that I had been neglecting all for a fair price. My car was ready within 24 hours and drives like a brand new car. I saved over $4000 and will 100% be bringing my car back and any future cars over to Transmasters.
