I brought my 2011 Ford F-150 EcoBoost in for an inspection as I had a fluid leak. They uncovered that it was rusted connections that needed replacement. They put the vehicle on a lift and showed me exactly where the issues were and what the resolution was. Prior to any work, they broke down what the costs were going to be and were super transparent. I highly recommend this shop and I will be back as I need future service on my vehicle.

Very good service. all my cars (audi) goes to his shop. He the best. Does tires, engine, oil all in one place. Satya does excellent job. Analyzes the problems just like engineer, explains you details, sends text message with the pictures about the engine problems.

I was referred to Sam from another mechanic who wasn’t able to do the extensive work on my Honda Accord. It needed a ton of work and Sam helped me understand all the options involved in the repair and we both agreed to just swap the engine with a newer one instead of repairing the old one. With used car prices being so high I feel like this was the best option and after driving my car I am very happy with my decision. Sam had great communication the whole time and would update me as new things came up that needed attention and he also explained to me all the warranties envolved so I don’t have to worry for the foreseeable future. I am very happy with the work Sam and the guys at transmasters did for me and I will be using them as my sole mechanic moving forward.

The 'Check Engine Light' was on and the dashboard restarted in the middle of driving, causing a temporary lock of speed at ~ 20 mph. After realizing that I would need to spend a lot of time calling and waiting for the responses from the dealer to figure out how to send my car to their place safely, I found TransMasters on Google. Sam responded quickly and communicated in a very professional and friendly way. He helped me with the towing service and kept me updated during inspection and repairing. I got my car repaired within 3 days. They are great!

I took my 2002 F350 here for the first time. They have good reviews, but I was still nervous trying someplace new. They were great and fixed my truck right up. Sam called me several times with updates and suggested future repairs. No pressure to do them "right now", he just advised me of them. I am very happy with my experience with TransMasters and will use them again when needed. I do recommend them.

Thank you, Sam!! What a great experience in the middle of an unpleasant experience. We were so disappointed when the transmission went out on our van 10 hours from home. Then, no one in that area would even look at the van. So, I called Sam, and he welcomed our van to his shop. We towed it down ourselves and dropped it off. Sam very quickly diagnosed the problems, offered a couple of solutions, helped me choose the one that was best for my family, ordered the parts and completed the work in record time. I openly recommend this shop for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs. Back again...this time with our minivan. Sam was timely, professional, responsive...as before, a great experience. Oil leak around valve cover, torque rod on engine mount replaced, Power Steering pump replaced. Sam is really great and takes care of car. Stay on top of keeping you informed on progress of your car and how long it will take. I will definitely use them again.
