I have been a customer of Transmasters Transmissions since 2012 and have been completely satisfied with their service. 1) They are familiar with both American (Ford) and imported cars (Mini Cooper, BMW, Mercedes), 2) they are very honest (do not offer to you to repair or replace a part when that part can still work safely, 3) They hold to their promises and get the job done within the planned time frame, 4) their price is very reasonable (I never felt that I am paying too much for any work they have done for me).

My VW would not start and at first I thought it was my battery, after jumping it did not work and being in a shopping center parking area, I called Transmasters, they provided me a tow service to pick up my car and drop it off at their location. Sam at Transmasters let me know shortly after that it was my starter, they replaced everything and I am back on the road again.
