I had a dilemma with my vehicle last week, when I was told that I needed a very expensive repair by a mechanic I didn't know very well. I reached out to Sam for a second opinion, not only was he very knowledgable, professional and courteous, he also has been doing exactly the job I needed for 30 years. It's challenging sometimes to trust, especially when you have two different reports on cost estimates. Sam was very clear and made perfect sense in his explanation of costs, was on time and found some other issues with my car that needed attention, fixed them quickly and for much less than the other mechanic. He showed me the parts that he replaced, explained clearly why they needed to be replaced and I understood, I did not feel deceived or dubious. I had an excellent experience my first time with TransMasters and recommend them, they are diligent, trustworthy, inexpensive and experts. These are the most important things you can be in this business, If I could give 6 stars I would.

Sam did a great job of showing me exactly what was wrong with my car. It needed lots of work so it cost a lot but he walked we through everything and recommended what could be done now or wait until later. He sent me pictures and showed me all of the broken parts once they were removed. Great service from Sam.

They're very professional and friendly as well. I needed a ride back home after dropping off my car and they helped me out. No diagnosis fee was charged too. And then plus military discount. I'll always bring my car for repairs when the need be.

Sam, explained what’s exactly to be done. Save me a lot of money. And he provides shuttle if you don’t have a ride home. The company finished the car on time.The waiting area very clean too
