Transmasters has recently become my go to for my car issues. They are patient, understanding, and are willing to work closely to your warranty provider. I was having serious transmission problems and after taking it to Transmasters, it was resolved within my warranty boundaries and they kept up constant communication with me. Some places take advantage of your lack of mechanical know-how, Transmasters doesn't.

I have an older 2003 Toyota Camry that I plan to drive for a few more years, and I've taken it to Transmasters twice in the past 5 years to replace some aging parts. For the most recent repair, I knew my control arms needed to be replaced (among a few other things). Even after moving to Orange County I went back to Transmasters since I had such a good experience and wanted to go somewhere I can trust to do an honest full vehicle inspection. I’ve been to countless shops for getting work done on my 90s Jeep. Been screwed over countless times for a different reasons. Thankfully, I don’t have to worry about nonsense anymore after choosing Transmasters. I generally maintain and work on my own vehicles but, ran into a few issues that were difficult to pinpoint and solve when it came time for smog testing. I was hesitant at first to just walk in the door and hand Sam my keys and am glad to say that Transmasters did some solid work fixing check engines codes, repairing emissions equipment, and getting me on my way to a successful stop at the smog station. Sam was friendly and we had talked a bunch about the situation of my Jeep. The process of dealing with emissions testing can run your patience dry with older vehicles, but Transmasters got the job done in a professional, respectable, and efficient way.
