Sam and his mechanics were so helpful in pin pointing the problem that was causing the noise in my escalade! I came from another mechanic shop to Sam's mechanic shop for help and got it! Sam diagnosed the problem and then took pictures and sent them to me to show me what was needed to be replaced and why. He did not encourage anything to fix that other mechanics encourage and He did not break something while fixing it that other mechanics secretly do. I really appreciate honest and fair mechanic shops like Transmasters Auto Care because they do the job right the first time and will have you back on the road. Had a 2008 Porsche Cayenne in need of a smog test however a check engine light came on. Took it to Transmasters and had the high pressure pump replaced to solve the issue. Transmasters did a good job in diagnosing and fixing the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Also they took care of having the car smogged. Thank you Transmasters specially to Sam for getting me back on the road. I appreciate the kind and professional service.

I had a very good experience at the shop. The owner or manager showed me step by step on the progress of the of the engine repairing. He sent me pictures on the phone before and after. Problem it wouldnt pass smog check. i appreciate that and the honesty he showed about what the cost would be. Very happy with their excellent service. Job well done!
