Took my car for 30 K service few days ago/ I did not make an appt thinking it won't be busy. When I got to the shop, he was booked but Sam was able to squeeze me in. What a relief!! The service was awesome Sam showed me the old parts that were replaced and explained it in detail why it had to be replaced. In addition, his shop now has details of my cars that have serviced in a database. This is really a great tool!

Sam (a.k.a Sathya) is honest & open and he clearly explains in layman terms what needs to be fixed in your vehicle. My van had multiple problems he prioritized and clearly helped me identify what needs to be addressed first. He didn't force me to fix all the issues at one shot. I am very happy and pleased with the service.

I have been servicing my minivan and car at Transmasters for a few years now. Sam is very thorough in his diagnostics , takes time to explain the problem and present multiple options and shows the cost/benefit. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I trust his recommendation and like the transparent way he conducts business. I would gladly recommend this place to my friends.

This was the second time that I took the car to get fix. Sam and his crew were very friendly and honest. They explained me what parts that needed to be replace. They did not try to upsell me anything.

Had a big problem with the exhaust system that needed replacing but couldn't afford new parts. Sam and the rest of the crew at Transmasters took the time to find me some used parts that will get the job done. Very thorough in telling me AND SHOWING me what/where the problem was while my car was hoisted. Will go back again for future maintenance.

I went to this new place on the recommendation of a friend and I am glad I did. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. His crew is reliable and fast. Did a great job in finding and fixing all my car's problems (mostly electrical issues). Did smog test for me too. Got me a great deal on a rental car while my car was in the shop. Gave me good discounts too. Overall a great car shop. Definitely worth a visit if you want to get your money's worth.
